

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Methods:
All items are shipped from multiple warehouses located across the United States. However, please be aware that certain items shipped directly from the manufacturer or those that are oversized may require additional time for delivery.
We partner with FedEx, USPS, UPS, and other reputable carriers to provide a fast and reliable service. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days, with delivery typically expected within 3-10 business days.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only deliver within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
We are currently unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Tracking your order:
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order number, the items that were shipped, the shipping address, and tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or by logging into your account.
Tracking Information Availability:
Tracking updates are generally available 48-72 hours after you receive the tracking number/ID. If tracking information does not appear right away, please allow 2-5 days for the tracking details to update.
Changing Shipping Address:
After an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified. However, if the order has not yet been shipped, you may request a change via email.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
If an incorrect shipping address was provided, please contact us immediately to correct the issue. If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make changes or resend the package without additional fees.
Order Delays:
Delays in order processing may occur due to various factors, such as incorrect information provided, issues with the carrier, or problems with credit card approval. To avoid delays, please ensure all information is accurate and complete during checkout.
Multiple Product Orders:
We strive to ship all items in a single package whenever possible; however, some orders may require multiple shipments. In such cases, separate email notifications will be sent for each individual package.
Hazardous Materials:
Due to regulations set by the U.S. Department of Transportation, hazardous materials like aerosols and alcohol-based items (e.g., perfumes, deodorants, shaving creams, hairsprays, nail polish, nail polish removers, and pressurized spray cans) cannot be shipped by air. For the safe transport of these items, we only offer ground delivery. Unfortunately, expedited options such as 2-day or overnight shipping are not available for these products. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering your purchases both swiftly and safely.
