

Return & Refund
Product Issues:-
- If you encounter any issues with the item, please provide proof of the damage or faults through photos or videos.
- We may offer to replace/send parts, provide compensation for faults, or arrange a return if necessary.
- All returns must receive prior authorization or approval from our team before any package is shipped back, and please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- If the returned item does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the item sent back to your chosen address.
Damaged During transit: -
- Please contact us within 2 business days of receiving damaged items and include photos or a video showing the damaged box or bag, along with a photo of the item. Claims made after 2 business days may not be accepted for review by the courier due to time constraints.
For change of mind: -
- If you change your mind, we accept returns for certain products provided they are in resaleable condition. However, if you mistakenly ordered an item and have opened the package, it will not qualify for return under our policy.
- The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee to account for the initial shipment cost.
Excluded items from return/Change of mind:
- For hygiene reasons, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for items such as underwear, hosiery, socks, swimwear, earrings, certain health and beauty products, bedding, and headphones. However, remedies for defective items are still available. Please note that change-of-mind returns for digital access codes or downloadable software are not permitted under any circumstances.
- We are dedicated to providing each customer with a satisfying experience to ensure a pleasant shopping experience with us.
- We respond to all messages within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please be aware that Mondays and the days following public holidays are high-volume email times, which may cause delays in our response. We appreciate your patience.
