How do I change my delivery address

Once an order is placed, the shipping address
cannot be changed. However, if the order has not yet shipped, you may request
changes via email. We will do our best to accommodate address change requests
if possible. Please reach out to us via email for assistance.

How do I cancel my order

To expedite delivery, our warehouses operate
with high automation and efficiency, often processing orders swiftly.
Consequently, canceling an order may not always be feasible, but you can still
send us emails, and we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests if
possible.

Moreover, dispatched orders cannot be modified
or changed once processed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

In the event of an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately to rectify the issue. If the order has already shipped,
we are unable to make changes or send additional packages without fees.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods:

All items are dispatched from various warehouses across the United States. However, please note that some items shipped directly from the
manufacturer and/or oversized items may take longer to receive.

We utilize FedEx, USPS, UPS, and other premium carriers to ensure expedited service. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 days, with delivery expected
within 3-10 business days.

International Shipping:

We currently only deliver to the United States (EXCLUDING Alaska and Hawaii,Puerto Rico). 

We also do not ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.

Multiple Product Orders:

Efforts are made to ship orders in their entirety; however, some
may require multiple packages. Separate email notifications will be sent foreach shipment.
